At Unbed App, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronic purchases. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Unbed App account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the device is factory reset, free of personal data, and securely packed in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous shipping labels are visible.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
